The Diet is a site devoted to finding the “perfect diet”. The perfect diet is an ideal diet that accomplishes two goals. One, it allows someone to lose weight in a manner that doesn’t compromise their health. Two, it allows the dieter to transition from the diet into a lifestyle of healthy eating where they don’t gain back a significant portion of their weight.
We have not yet found the perfect diet, but we are examining and testing the different dieting ideas out there to help you find a better solution to the weight loss problem.
