<a href="#comment-230" rel="nofollow">@Erika </a>
I had this same problem. You may or may not want to do this but my son notched a small piece out on the top and bottom of the door.

Erika, you might need to push the metal pieces more flush against the door to get it to shut. I had to mess with it a little bit, but it wasn't too much trouble. Another thing you could try is to use a different door.

As far as the squeaky pulley, you might want to just try some WD-40 or something like that.

I just received my X-Factor. One of the pulleys squeaks, and I cannot shut the door with it attached. I'm very dissapointed. I was really looking forward to using this.

Just recieved my X-Factor yesterday (1-7-10) Set up was easy, only a few minutes. DVD's are good, however you'll have to pause them if using them to workout with. After my first workout,I can say I was feeling it. I worked up a seat, and my heart rate was up as well.
The nutritional CD-ROM seems to be worthwhile as well. It gives you an 8 week nutritional plan with shopping lists, menus, and recipes. Calories average 1800 daily.
The only disappointment I saw on day one,was the availability of accessories shown on DVD's. They're supposedly available from weider.com When I checked this out,I did not find three of the accessories on the site. I have not recieved a response from weider.com about this.
I believe the X-Factor will prove to be well worth the $99+shipping I paid for it. It is a system my wife will use also. I ordered mine around Dec. 10th 2009,and it did not ship until after Jan. 04 2010.
Like any other fitness equipment, you must use it to see results.
