Stars’ Diet Tips
Hollywood stars are always being photographed. That means they always want to look their best. That goes without saying, but what about the rest of us? Without that kind of pressure how can we stay skinny?
Before you go all crazy about trying to lose weight like to fit into a size 0 dress, get the facts on your side. Many celebrities are underweight to the point of looking gross. Did you ever see the Olson twins or Lindsay Lohan when they decided they needed to weigh 70 lbs? It was beyond gross.
There are some famous people that are fit, trim, and healthy. They never get too skinny or too fat. Stars like Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, and Catherine Zeta-Jones would never sacrifice their curves to fit into a size 0 dress. They incredible just as they are and they’re plenty skinny.
If you’re a woman, you should know that most guys absolutely love curves. Keeping your curves is not a bad thing. So, don’t let yourself get too skinny.
How do you get there?
How do the stars do it?
Well, first of all, it’s their job to look fantastic. It’s not uncommon for an actor or actress to train for four or six months in preparation for a role. Think about that, for that time their main goal in life is to get in ridiculous shape.
Before the movie 300, the stuntmen and actors trained for hours upon hours each day just to get in peak physical condition. Think Michael Phelps 36 hour a week of grueling Olympic training and you have a good idea what some actors put themselves through.
You have a real life. You have a job and a family and a social life that demands your attention. How on earth are you going to manage to spend 40 hours a week at the gym like the stars do?
If you want to be skinny like the stars, you should start by eating sensibly. Cut out the calorie laden drinks like Coca-Cola or beer or wine. Those are empty calories that you just plain don’t need.
Also, hit up the gym a few times a week. A little bit here and there goes a long way.
Most of all, just get up and do something. It doesn’t matter what you decide to do, but taking the time to do a little bit each day to lose weight will add up to be a huge loss over time.
Imagine if you just did enough to lose a pound a week for a whole year. That would be 52 pounds. Most people don’t need to lose 50+ pounds, but if you do, it doesn’t take a lot to get started.
Just get up and start something now!
