The program that Jenny Craig offers for weight loss is to have your consultant ask some questions and then put you on a specific calorie plan. <p>The keystone to the Jenny Craig diet is its prepackaged meals. For the most part, these are frozen breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and even desserts. Nutritionally, they reflect the 2005 federal guidelines and USDA food pyramid.</p>
<p>At the first level, the program teaches clients how to eat the foods they want &#8212; in small, frequent portions. At the second level, the program teaches clients how to increase their energy levels via simple activity. At the third level, the program teaches clients how to build more balance into their lives in order to maintain weight loss and healthy diet.</p>
<p>While these meals are what come to mind when most people think of Jenny Craig, they are not the be-all and end-all of the program. <p>Jenny Craig diet is higher in protein and lower in fats and carbohydrates and low in fat as is very popular these days. The food is pretty good for vegetables which of course are low in calories but high in water and nutrients. The meal plan with Jenny Craig calls for eating five or six times a day which is great but the numerous small meals are a very hard adjustment for every people who want to try it. The foods itself look delicious and apparently taste quite good although there are a few foods many people don’t want to eat.
